TanYaXue Old HotPot is a hotpot brand originating from China. Since its launch, it has won over the Chinese with its authentic traditional Sichuan flavour. Thanks to its special soup base and fresh ingredients, it quickly became popular in Sichuan and Chongqing, and then spread throughout the country and the world. Today, the 'TanYaXue' brand has more than 500 restaurants spread across many countries, with the first store in Spain being located in Barcelona.
OUR BRAND STORY
Hot pot is a traditional form of cuisine originating in China, with a history of thousands of years. Generally, it refers to a pot heated on the table, containing a broth prepared with various spices and condiments. Diners can dip a variety of ingredients such as meats, seafood, vegetables, tofu, mushrooms, noodles, etc. into the broth, and then dip the food in sauces before eating!

Pork rinds
After cutting bacon or lean meat into small pieces, they are coated in starch or flour and fried in oil until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. It is a classic appetizer in Chinese cuisine.

We loved this Hotpot. The broth was spectacular. We really liked that you could order from the tablet. All the food we tried was delicious and very good. We also thought the condiment area with the recipes to make different sauces was great. And the staff was very friendly.

Very good hotpot and quite central. The "normal" spicy level is VERY spicy. Lots of variety of condiments and food. They don't have a menu like in these places but we ended up paying more or less the same, even
less, and eating much better that way.
